NAE turkey breast tenderloins are packed two (2) tom or three (3) heavy hen tenderloins per tray. Each tray is overwrapped with printed film. Six (6) trays are packed in a CVP lined box. The CVP bag is gas flushed and sealed. Product is shipped fresh.

PRODUCT HANDLING:

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

PREPARATION & COOKING:

GRILL OR BROIL: Grill or broil 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, to an internal temperature of 180°F.
SKILLET: Season to taste. In a large, lightly-oiled, non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally, to an internal temperature of 180°F.
BAKED: Brush with oil and place in shallow roasting pan. Cook in preheated 350°F oven, for 35 minutes, to an internal temperature of 180°F.
