1 s/o and 2 s/l chicken breasts are marinated, placed in pan roast roll stock, fully cooked, scored and oil dipped. Each roast is approximately 5.00 lbs, packed 2 roasts per box for a case wt of approx 10 lbs and shipped fresh.

INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN BREAST WITH RIB MEAT, CHICKEN BROTH. CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF POTASSIUM LACTATE, WATER, BROWN SUGAR, SALT, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM DIACETATE, NATURAL FLAVOR, SUGAR. BROWNED IN SOYBEAN OIL.

PRODUCT HANDLING:

Fully cooked. Keep refrigerated at 30-38'F or frozen at 0'F. Do not store above 40'F.

PREPARATION & COOKING:

Remove breast from printed bag. Wrap breast in foil and place in pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: 325ºF for 2 hours, to 141ºF internal temperature.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 350ºF for 2-1/2 hours, to 141ºF internal temperature.
TO BROWN TOP: Open foil at end of cooking.

SLICED PRODUCT: Wrap sliced chicken in foil and place in pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: 325ºF for 8 minutes, to 141ºF internal temperature.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 350ºF for 15 minutes, to an internal temp. of 141ºF.
