Transitioning to PERDUE(R) FRESH CUTS(TM) Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts (full case TP Clear Tray)

Thin-sliced boneless, skinless roaster breasts are packed five (5) to seven (7) pieces per tray. Each tray is overwrapped with printed film. Thirty-two (32) trays are packed in a box. Product is shipped fresh.

Plants can also stored and transfer in a tote code 88619, 32 trays per tote with a tie high of 4x8 = 32 totes per pallet and ship product to other location to WPL and box as finished code 619.

PRODUCT HANDLING:

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.

PREPARATION & COOKING:

SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Brown chicken 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 170ºF.
GRILL OR BROIL: Season to taste. Grill or broil 3-5 inches from heat source 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 170ºF.
